1. Do you do background checks on your employees? YES we screen all employees before they join our team.
2. Are you Licensed, bonded and Insured? YES we are fully licensed bonded and have the maximum insurance coverage.
3. Why should I hire Forest Cleaning Inc?  Our company prides itself on retaining our clients, with an average client retention rate of 5 years we invest in our customers. We hire people that are educated have a zest for being successful at work and in their daily lives. We have very low employee turnover at Forest Cleaning Inc, we regard our staff as our family and we treat them the same way. All employees have full or part time benefits available to them to ensure they are healthy and their families are taken care of. Simply put we invest in our employees and they in turn invest in you.
4. If I have a problem how fast will it get fixed? We provide a log book for each account to make sure that our employees and your staff are always communicating. If you have a question or problem you can always call our office or leave a note in the book and it will be remedied within 24 hours.
5. Do you provide a trial period? YES we can do a 30 day trial period at the rate proposed and if you do not like any part of our service you will not be locked in.
6. Do you have references I can call? YES we will provide you current  references and phone numbers so you can call and talk to our clients direct.
7. Do you subcontract the work out? NO we do not use subcontractors for anything, we have our own skilled staff to provide extra services such as carpet cleaning or floor care.
8. Do you sell your accounts? NO we are not in the business of reselling our accounts.
9. Do you provide your own cleaning products? YES we provide all the cleaning supplies and trained labor necessary to complete the job each time we arrive at your building.
10. Do you provide day Porter services? YES we can have a person designated for your specific account.
11. I always see different employees each time they currently come to our building, will it be this way with Forest Cleaning Inc.? NO we hire building specific, this means you will know your cleaner by name and they can even be reached  by cell if you have a question or concern.
12. Do you really use green products? YES we provide MSDS sheets for all products we use and stay current with safe cleaning practices.
13. Do you do Real Estate turnovers? YES we can fax you a form to check off and send back to help with your move in or move out cleaning.
14. Do you cleaning residential homes? NO we do not currently provide this service.
15. Do you provide green cleaning supplies, paper products for our purchase? YES we can setup a schedule so that you have full control over your order. We will deliver and restock at your request.
